Service Description

As a Swarm practitioner you will develop a very different perspective on how organisations work. This will make you more adaptive, innovative and communicative and a more valuable and recognised employee. The training is intended for people who work or want to work in swarm organizations. You will learn how you can recognize and improve your (organizational) behavior using the Swarm model. Last but not least, as a Swarm practitioner you will learn how to get more motivation and enjoyment out of your work.
